MIDGE BOWERS, RN, MSN, FNP-BC

Midge Bowers has been a Nurse Practitioner with the Duke Heart Failure Disease Management Program for the past ten years. She received her BSN from Binghamton University and her MSN as a Critical Care CNS from Duke University. She then pursued a Post Master’s certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an Assistant Clinical Professor at Duke University School of Nursing, Midge is the Program Director for the Adult Cardiovascular and Acute Care nurse practitioner programs. She integrates simulation and innovative teaching techniques in both her online and on campus courses.
