Joan Doody is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with the Heart Failure and Transplant Program at Massachusetts General Hospital. Joan has extensive experience in Advanced Heart Failure management and program development at academic medical centers. She is a graduate of UNH and Boston College.

Joan has a longstanding interest in healing and holistic care. She has studied numerous modalities, and is an experienced Reiki Master Teacher. Through her practice, Anamchara Healing Arts, she offers consultations, energetic/holistic healing, workshops and specialized Reiki trainings. Joan is an active member of the MGH Collaborative Care Committee, exploring possibilities for complementary/integrative healthcare at the institution.
