Registration fees include 2008 dues renewal or new membership. As a member of the AAHFN you will receive a subscription to the journal, Progress in Cardiovascular Nursing , access to variety of educational resources , and admittance to the member's only section on the AAHFN website. Payment
Acceptable payment forms include: checks made payable to AAHFN (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars and mailed with registration form), VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without accompanying full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. |

Cancellations/Refunds
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the AAHFN office on or before June 1, 2008 . Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the meeting. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after June 1, 2008 . |
